Fully upgraded it has 400ish AR at 40 luck and base str/dex. Uchi, Barbed Sword, Warden Twinblades, really any bleed weapon are also good with hollow infusion+bleed resin. From my understanding any weapon the primarily scales with DEX should work for a DEX/Luck build.
